He is teaching Christians how to be real Christians and how to give to those who need help. He too needed salvation. I love this song because I was raised in rural Carolina and we often attended tent meetings. The sick were healed, the lamed walked, the blind were made to see, and the deaf to hear. I saw it with my own two eyes. People brought pot lunch. The meetings sometimes lasted for days.
