This Assassins Creed 2 gameplay was show at E3 June 2nd 2009. This video shows most of the best parts of this new sequel, this shows the glider, smoke bombs and 2 hidden blades.
They also announced that if you have the Assassins Creed 2 game on the PS3 and on the PSP you would get 6 new weapons when you do remote play, this is exclusive to the ps3 BUT may come out later on the XBOX as an add on.
About the Game
Delve deeper into the secret society of assassins with the sequel to the blockbuster action-adventure game. Assassin's Creed 2 is an epic story of family, vengeance and conspiracy set in the pristine, yet brutal, backdrop of a Renaissance Italy. Ezio befriends Leonardo da Vinci, takes on Florence's most powerful families and ventures throughout the canals of Venice where he learns to become a master assassin. This game retains the core gameplay experience that made the first opus a resounding success and features new experiences that will surprise and challenge players.

lol epic epic epic!!! from the climbing to the flying, to the kicking while flying, to the air assassinations, to the double blade assassination, to the hay stack assassination... to the fighting moves, to the smoke bomb... at this point your just like OMFG EPIC...
and then they make it more epic with the grand finale; jumping into the water! xD
