@nomejodas101 .. Its called "Repeated Pattern" a globally accepted orchestral term/application, that is used as an undermining concept in "modern" music

@WmJoseSinclair I believe it was the other way around--that they opened for Jimi when the 2 bands toured, tho I could be wrong. It's also possible they alternated headlining. Either way, it's actually somewhat less surpirising they toured together, as they were all under the the management of Mike Jeffries (who is said to have later absconded with the company funds and high-tailed it to the Carribbean). Anyway--along with the John Coltrane Quartet--these are my favorite bands--ever!
