@davidoo1982 thats because the screen refresh rate is different for PAL, thunderforce 4 was one of the only megadrive games that was properly adjusted to it so it could run at the right speed.
And just so you know what i mean. PAL = around 17% slower than ntsc, sound and gameplay. All games were made in NTSC then for everyone in a PAL region it was converted (barr japan, they were PAL but there TV's were up to it) and made around 17% slower, and since our tv's didnt have enough scanlines, squashed in from the top[ and bottom, thats why we had borders.

some games didn't suffer slowdown in terms of music. for example, sonic 1 had slowdown, sonic 2 onwards didn't. not sure about the spinoff games.

PAL version of the music.... fuck i can even hear slowdown throughout this.
The game companys in the the 16 bit days and before should be punished for their PAL conversion shit.
