@alenaran That's correct. Chavez uses this system, in fact he was the one who promoted to use this system in Venezuela. Can you believe that using this system the CNE (National electoral centre) in Venezuela normally issues the voting results 8 or 9 hours after the voting centres were closed?.

Smartmatic was obviously selected by inept and corrupt electoral officials. The electoral tribunal picked a company that can't even be sure of a fundamental requirement as time. Going electronic is just a show.

@sipagcandaba Lol, technically speaking, if an IT expert/developer who developed the PCOS machine's program has integrity and honesty to what he coded and has a good security for anti-sabotage, then even there are sabotagers out there cannot decode or manipulate the election whatever way they would want it. Unless there is someone who is better at manipulating it through technology than the developers of PCOS machine.

The best way to count votees is manual, the technological wizars make fraud posible. Venezuela electrions and referendums are the best demostration of

how the win only by a very very big diference ... is most dificult to arrange votes or make the farud with this farud machines. The vote finish and totalizing results that require minutes, delay many hours...why?.
