How do you prevent the board from sliding or kicking out? Do athletes fall or twist ankles if they don't land correctly on the board? Thanks for sharing.

Great stuff. Really inspirational for me as a basketball coach. I definately want to incorporate deceleration practice in some form to my players before we tip off the next season so help avoid injuries like jumpers knee that so many basketball players get.
