OF COURSE IT IS ... that's the way people on youtube get high number of views - and as youtube removed the vision of the "likes" and "dislikes" BEFORE watching a video, the title is the only thing that counts anymore ... the effect is that you loose time of your life watching videos noone would ever want to see.
