  • stay down, when the second basemen is dropping that back foot to throw to second shes down feilding the ball but when she goes to throw the ball she stands back up. Which is wasting a lot of time, if you stay down the ball will get to 2nd faster and its a better chance of getting the doubleplay. Just stay down when you pevit, standing up wastes another second from getting the second out.

  • a 4-6-3 double play would be a ball hit to the seconbaseman then thrown to the third baseman who throws to first. a 4-5-3 double play is a ball hit to second which is thrown to ss then thrown to first.
