  • OMG Nando's!!! My fav restaurant. They have them in alot of other countries. We went to one in South Africa last year.  Glad ur back on track :)

    I messed up so far this week by eating alot of junk. I should do what you do and get some healthy snacks from Holland and Barrett. Need to pop in there for some organic shampoo so might as well. x

  • Yum chashew (yeah can't spell---I know but at least I not pretending that it's OK LOL!) butter. . ..Anyway back to Yuuuuuuuuuum! Did you try the salad?

  • I was doing good (Monday) and then I sucked down 3 pieces of Fried chicken. . .but please tell me that the fruit, yogurt and granola will balance that out?!?!

  • Hi! I have heard that sleeping enough hours is part of a healthy lifestyle; I wouldn't be surprised if that has a direct/indirect impact on one's weight. It's good to know it's being backed up by actual research. Good luck this week with implementing a healthy lifestyle. I am going to be doing the same my self :-)

  • the glamour stuff are just nonsense. I do agree that sleep is important, BUT LOSING WEIGHT?! Sleep helps to recover damaged cells and help regulates the body systems. I believe that the women all have a very healthy routine and always exercise, but in that very short amount of time, i do believe they are losing muscle mass instead of fat.

    hope ur healthy living plan is going well~ i'm also contributing myself to health too by doing exercise and eating healthy, mb we could share tips together.

  • well done glad ur back on track. Yeh theres nandos here so SPICY. Veggie burger with pita and salad is nice but i would skip on sauce (SPICY!!). I did hear about the sleep thing i guess its that ur eating less and more awake to make better food?!..maybe lols. Bless you.. Must be the btter weather coming around.

    Not going so well for me.. I gained weight over the half term. sighs.. up and down like a yo yo.. But il pick myself over half term hopefully.
