2 hours before the ship arrives at the port the crew knocks on your cabin door and loudly asks you to leave and wait at the lounge so that they have the time to clean the cabin (as if this were your problem)

The previous ships on the Ancona Line (Europa Palace and Olympia Palace) were much nicer and somehow more "luxurious". This one is just bigger but for the traveller this is not of any advantage.

By the way the coffee they make is lousy.

To keep it short: Never again!

I travelled 2x with this ship from Acona to Patras and back. It was a dissappointing experience! The crew were unpolite and sometimes rude. The coexistence of Italian AND Greek crew members doesn't seem to work. They obviously don't like each other. Food  was expensive and below average quality. Cabins are smaller and not so nice than in the other ships (ANEK Lines, Superfast) on the same Route. On my last trip (Aug. 26, 2010) the ship was more than 7 hours late!
