Someone had to say it! And there seems to be a common pattern amongst certain people too I notice. This is not a criticism of the British Heart Foundation as a charity, it's the naff concept of the advert.

  • You know he did that in appreciation for the heart transplant his wife received when giving birth. If it's for a good cause, it's educational and mildly entertaining it should not have any negative feedback. Review television shows by all means but not charity adverts. Cool cat btw bro.

  • if the video saves a life dont complain, its semi-humourous and sometimes actors can actually do some good so use what you have because the training videos put people to sleep

  • You should keep your pathetic negative thoughts in text form, rather than show your face, especially if you're going to mockingly suggest that "Vinnie Jones might come knocking on your door". I'd love to see how you'd react if he actually did. Somehow I doubt that words "rubbish, rubbish, rubbish" and "naff, naff, naff" would leave your mouth.

  • Theres a reason you live with your cats only.

  • Have u heard of entertainment? Because thats what the advert is based on. Comedy and if u think its silly then fine its silly but vinnie jones is a classic actor and is funny so yea the advert aint supposed to be serious but can actually help some gesa who collapsed right in front of u :)

  • its just a laugh mate. its meant to be cheesy and corny, noone is looking to vinnie for fashion tips, or listening to the beegees...

  • the krays were gangstepP but im sure they lovf each otheq and woujd have heled each other they also gave to charity.

  • RockTheTemple absolutely correct.

Vinny's wife has had numerous heart problems since childhood which came to a head during pregnancy and has almost died on more than one occasion. As much as I found your video humorous but odd in equal measure, I do feel you're wasting your time criticising a lighthearted advert portraying an important message. Especially when there is sooo much shite on tele!! Let's hope that should you ever need urgent CPR, that 'naff' advert was viewed by someone nearby. B

  • Majority of people that have a cardiac arrest outside of hospital do not have a shockable rhythm - meaning they need CPR to get the heart into a shockable rhythm before the heart can be restarted properly using a defib. Also majority of CPR carried out is poor at best. Anyhting that gets people doing it quick enough and deep enough can be naff as you like as long it leads to people surviving.

  • Wouldn't work as well if they'd use Nellie the elephant, it's to help you while you're doing CPR to get into a rhythum which is fast enough to do some good.

  • "Vinnie jones might come knocking at my door" - did you notice the high pitch? I suspect a little sexual excitement.
