We both use Pflugger Rods with Diawa soul 2000 reels. The rods are 1 to 3 kilo and we set up with different line class depending on where we are fishing. stu normally goes heavy and daz goes light. we mix it up heaps from plastics, hard bodies and surface depending on whats working. hope this helps

Hey mate do you think you could give me a thew tips on using soft plastics. Im not new to fishing but im new to using soft plastics so thanks just some hints on how fast to reel it in and just stuff like that

Mmmm, I hear ya. The waterfront home owner & lease holder do at times assert their claim. But I find it easier to simply tell them that we will do them a favour this time and move on. We also let them know before we leave that we release all our fish. We find it is not so much about property rights but that they feel the bream are their pets. We hope that by letting them know that we are also passionate about the breams welfare then they will tolerate our next visit.

never get sick of your vids boys...so did yo guys film any of your 2010 fishing? I've had better luck on the 2" gulp prawns in the new penny and molting. What I did was leave it on the bottom near/on structure for about a minute before a gave it a small slow lift. caught a 32cm pb bream on the prawn....on the blades my pb is a 29 and in a squidgie wriggler in bloodworm my pb is 34cm. goodluck boys.
