South Beach Wine & Food Festival

A documentary on the South Beach Wine & Food Festival discussing the involvement of FIU students and how this event can help them in the future. The events portrayed take place at the Bubble Q on February 20, 2009 and at the Grand Tasting on February 22, 2009.

The people who commented on what it was like to work with the FIU students were (in order of appearance): Anne Barell, Ingrid Hoffman, and George Duran. The man who commented on the benefits that the student's receive while working at the event is Joe West, Dean of the School of Hospitality and Vice Provost of Biscayne Bay Campus.
