  • Why not just jump in front of a bus..it will be easier and will bring as much results for muscular gains - lol

  • Why, what a highly intelligent thing of you to say Markus. I will keep that in mind. Lifting heavy never put muscle on anyone. Thank you for your fantastic insight.

  • lane how manny times ur not gona get big like that m8

  • how many times what? Oh how many times will anonymous youtube haters run their yap and post asinine comments? Hmmm, I dunno man, probably thousands. Chalk yourself down for one :)

  • Hey Layne im just wondering why you switched from the blue rehband knee sleeves to your new ones (Convicts i think?)

  • Don't it hurt the lower back muscle?

  • those glute/ham raises are freakin cool. i gotta try em.

  • stop responding to the haters, they just get bumped to top of the page.

  • Great video Layne! Great choice of music as well! :D Keep it up!!

  • Whoa, I never thought of setting up GHR's with the bench like that. Very interesting thought to keep in mind when I'm stuck in fitness centers. I've been using low-weight GM's to target my hamstrings as assistance work, but would prefer GHR's as I'm doing full-body lifting already and the lower-back load may end up being a bit much.

Thanks a ton, this will help keep my options open.

  • when u do the body extension thing, do u keep ur back arched and straight? I was doing them like that, and my middle and lower back muscles kept knotting up.

  • those glute ham raises are killer

  • how in the world does the glute ham raises with not kill your knees? i dont think my knees could take that much pressure from that bench pressing straight on them

  • good job on the squat!
