people should understand what socialism is, and how they are actually benefited by a number of socialist structures in this country before making the word a tabu.

I get so sick of listening to him LIE. As soon as the democrats got control they passed a bill without the provision allowing the regulatory authority to arbitrarily reduce the size of the GSEs. Many democrats believed (accurately) that that was meant as a poison pill for the GSEs. They would not remove that provision so the democrats blocked it. They later passed as soon as they came to power a bill that did NOT contain that poison pill. McCain is LYING.

he's against the bailout that he voted for. he's against deregulation that he advocated for his whole career. he wants government to help people, but how does the government help people without redistribution of wealth? what an asshole.
