http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - I was so excited to see the response from yesterday's post...

Some of the questions I can answer right away, some of them will have to wait.

Regardless, we'll do our best to get as many of them as we can in 2010!

Today, I cover my thoughts on the Blendtec and Vitamix blenders, how to get plastics out of your life (and if it's possible to eliminate all of them), how to get started on a health program and more.

Take a look, today was fun!

  • Eliminate plastic by recycling. Build a house with it!

  • Ha! I love the automatic/manual car analogy. How funny, I love driving a stick and I chose a VitaMix! Heehee :)

  • The BlenTec cannot suck. It is the ultimate blender. It will blend your entire body.

  • Both blenders suck, owned.

  • I L O V E automatic so my choice is blendtech with the 4" blade!

  • I have a Vitamix. I haven't tried the Blendtec.

  • I use Montel William's "Health Master." I've heard that it's not as powerful as either the blendtec or vitamix but it's still much more powerful than a conventional blender. It's been able to handle everything I've wanted from it. I believe it was about $240 +/- . They allow you to make 4 payments on it which was really helpful.

  • @cupies

    i like the song! lol

  • blend tech is awesome! there is a new carafe out that has a four inch blade instead of a three inch that breaks down the foods faster leading to less oxidation in the blending process. the motor is also more powerful. i would say the vitamix is more popular though.
