The autonomous snowplow team at Ohio University's Russ College of Engineering Technology took the field at Peden Stadium during the Oct. 26 football matchup between Ohio University and Miami University of Ohio.

The robotic snowplow demolished a 10x7-foot wall of boxes bearing the logo of the sports and engineering rival in front of 22,000 attendees. The Russ College student team -- whose snowplow design beat out Miami and six other schools at the national competition for the third straight year in January -- were joined by faculty and staff to cheer on the Bobcats and the snowplow, hauling Rufus in a custom-built, trailer-mounted, Create-for-Good "battle wagon" at the first-quarter break during the game.
