It is indeed a very old and well known Romanian folk song "Hora ca la caval" but played in a klezmer style.

"Hora ca din caval"("as caval hora"-kind of flute-instrument), traditional romanian music and dance here, sounds more like jewish "klezmer" music .

Of course, it's a matter of choice and personal taste. We romanians feel the original, the peasant one, as clean and noble. Where romanians touch the divine, the gypsies turn it into a very thrilling, but all so humane version.
