I have to disagree. He got the right mood for this piece. If you listened to other traditional polish songs, the male voice usually sounds proud and strong. And this is a knight's song! Who wants to listen to a knight who sounds weak?

It's not supposed to be sung in a forced manner, it's a poor recording of what should be a faboulously insipiring song...

Your voice sounds very Polish. You sing better in Polish. Sing Straszny Dwor and not Turandot.
