He is the CEO, and he's wearing a shit hoodie and broadcasting out of a shit shack.
He does not represent Professional to me, I've dealt with CEO's before and if I met one as schwaggy as this dufus, I'd have cancelled business with a con man/huckster immediately.

I think the point is that a company that big and successful should probably be able to afford to get their CEO some media training (so he can present himself better on camera) and maybe some clothes that don't make me think it's an operation that's run out of somebody's garage. The whole system went down for gods sake. Project an air that lets me think you know what you're doing, or else I start to worry about having my SkypeIn numbers with you.

to all of those who ditch the CEO for being emotionless...I would love to see u guys after 48hrs no sleep managing a compagny that have 216 000 000 users and a full system down...in urgent need of repair 3 days before Xmas probably not full of staff..needing to deal with customers need and greif and with employee. overtimes and all...this man did an amazing job give him big time tumbs up.. forget he might need a good shower and a good night of sleep and say thank you at least!!!
