I have a yangqin but it is out of tune, can you please explain me how this instrument should be tune? which are the musical scales?

so how big is the difference between a northern and southern yangqin, or other types??

hmm thought there were only two types of yangqin the northern type (nationalized) and southern type (guangdong music) are there any other types?
