Faerie Tale Theatre's version of Jean Cocteau's 1946 adaptation of Beauty and the Beast

Starring Susan Sarandon as Beauty, Klaus Kinski as the Beast, and Anjelica Houston as Beauty's Sister (I believe her name is Margarite, did I spell that right?)

This is one of my favorite episodes of Fairie Tale Theatre, but unfortunately, this is the only one I've got. Enjoy!

I just happened to find out why the Beast looks like that when he appears on Beauty's balcony-I was watching the original version of this, Jean Cocteau's 1946 La Belle et la Bete, and in the prologue it states that when the beast kills something, his hands smoke, which causes him shame and pain when a woman is in his home. Pretty interesting, and now you know something new. *^_^*
