Tokyo is, in my opinion, the most fashion forward city in the world. It may not have numerous top designers like they do in NYC, Paris, or Milan, but the style is at least 2 years ahead. I really want to go to TOKYO!!!

東京は面白くねぇ、本間に。 Tokyo sucks, it is such an overrated place. Women dress like this all over Japan; Tokyo is nothing special. Kyoto, Osaka, and Fukuoka are all better places.

I agree, I have been to Japan. The street fashion, at least in the teen fashion districts (which are the most fun fashion districts to go to) are exactly that. Lots of black also.
