San Diego looks pretty clean as far as a city goes. I'm from PA and I've been to Philly, Baltimore, and D.C. We're talking congested, traffic, and bums galore. San Diego doesn't even looked packed from the videos I've seen. Could be wrong hour of the day but there were hardly any cars on the street and I hardly saw any people.

@Mrinthewest Well, I've never been in SF & LA . I live down here and when I go downtown ESPECIALLY HORTON PLAZA where I do my shopping, I see homeless people on each corner .

@skankinruby I've neverr been in LA what-so-ever! I can't believe you're inclining that I'm confusing LA with SD . Better yet , why would you think I was in LA ? I said I'm in San Diego, I live in PB and everytime i go downtown there's nothing but bums . Please, sir fool someone else .
