2nd session today with calves. I have brought these up alot over the last year and keep it pretty basic but try to alternate routines also. Today was a few sets of seated and standing clf raises with tibialis raises in a super set fashion. I like to train legs most days in my Vibram 5-finger shoes. These mimick a barefoot feeling with more cushion and stability but allow you to feel a better stretch and contraction in the calf muscle.
