With the 8 remaining they have gone extreme, intervening even when they were asked not to; because some people just don't know what's good for them!

    That's not true. I used Ghost to clone Windows 7 to my new SSd and it worked flawlessly. It's a bit confusing at first sight, but following the instructions from Samsung's interactive manual was a piece of cake. Ghost's quite crappy as a folder backup program though.
