Pokemon Black and White RNG Abuse: Standard ( aka non C Gear) Abuse for Legends/Wild Pokemon PART 2

Hey, bearsfan092 here with the video for RNG abuse detailing how to obtain flawless captured Pokemon in Black and White without the C Gear. This method is extremely easy and will probably become your preferred method.

It's highly suggested you find a written guide, but this video can be used as a guide in its own right.

You'll need/want:
1. MUST have RNGreporter*
2. MUST have a way of checking IV's for parameters
3. MUST have your DS's full MAC address
4. MUST have a sweet scenter
5. WANT a Chatot for easy PIDRNG advancement (the nature/ability RNG basically)
6. Could use a syncher if the nature abuse is too hard for you. It really shouldn't be though.

*If the RNGreporter version you download has "ads" (they're just images) in it, it's part of an April Fool's Joke. RNGreporter is not adware and probably never will be.

What you CAN'T have (at least as of time of writing):
1. An Action Replay
2. A DSi/3DS
3. A Flashcart/emulator

This above situation may change as time goes on.

Do NPCs who walk or turn in a set pattern affect frame advancement?  I'm trying to get a flawless shiny Joltik in Chargestone Cafe 1F, and there are several NPCs like this.

@bearsfan092drums hey man, i'm sorta new to this whole RNG thing...Could you please tell me if I'm supposed to use method 5 or method 5 PIDRNG to get a shiny? I've been trying to get one to learn how to use that program...at least, i usually get the same M lvl. 30 woobat, next step is: why is it not shiny? And what are "slots" in the PIDRNG tab? Thanks in advance m8

@tRaShGuTz PIDRNG to see which PID yields the shiny. If you miss the PID, you miss the shiny. Slots correspond to a table that RNGreporter comes with (check the dropdown menus on the main screen) and tell you what species will appear for that PID frame

@ZachDroVGC Each time you save your game, the frame advances by 1. bearsfan is on frame 316. If he saves 5 times, he will move 5 frames thus landing on frame 321; which is his target frame.

You REALLY have to clarify what frame you're talking about. I was confused on this for so long because I wasn't sure what you meant by "advancing the frame by saving". I was thinking "he just advanced it by walking...why couldn't he just save instead of walk 128 steps?"
