anyways you've done a lot in your time. i was a combat engineer from 95-98, no combat though....and not really an engineer. i drove an APC and Humvee. it was fun in the Mojave desert at least!
@infowazz Counties do not generally having a driving motive for profit. They are content with finding owners to pay the taxes. But and there is always a BUTT. They will sell you a useless 500 foot lot 3 feet wide so know what you are buying. They will also sell you private land in a gov park that you cannot build on or even move a plant. I buy unmarked property and then mark, maybe improve and sell. I was a war FO, map and compass man, GPS, Sat maps, etc. Know what you are buying!
Class is OK but understand all counties in the US have tax deed or lien sales. All you need to do is go to the county treasurers office, online and punch in tax default sales. The main thing is you need to learn not of over bid and it is best you go look at the properties before you buy. You also need to go online at the recorders office and check for lien under the owners name and the APN assessors parcel number. And you need the cash. My 1st one was $500 vacant lot..sold next year for $7550.
