This video is a fine example of simple psychological manipulation.. the men and women are stripped of their individuality by being forced to wear uniform. They are trained in behave in a very passive way towards their "teacher" or authoritarian. They follow what ever given instruction and are also given a perspective. If they were able to retract their influenced perspective the military would not exist.
