Held in NYC at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) on June 6, 2011, the 18th Annual Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America Awards, hosted by Dessert Professional magazine, recognizes chefs whose contributions to the dessert world can not only be tasted on the plate, but also those chefs who make substantive contributions to the community.
