EOS Camera Movie Record - Test Footage

I'm testing out the EOS Camera Movie Record and am very pleased. No sound though. The camera must be plugged into the computer during filming. The files are pretty big; this one was 100MB. It's a tad noisy due to low-light conditions. It's an overcast day and I'm indoors with a few lamps on.
The resolution ended up being 768 x 512 which is decent and the framerate was 21 fps. Also please note that I was playing with manual focus in the beginning its not because any autofocus was struggling or anything.
Camera: Rebel XS
Lens: EF 50mm 1.8
I heard someone say you cant have the SD card in the camera while doing it. I haven't tried it with SD card so I'm not sure.
