@TheZipstorm You're very kind, Zipstorm. Thank you. :^) I use Faber-Castell PITT artist pens, Prismacolor Premier pens, Staedtler pigment liners, Tombow ABT pens, Sharpies (fine point and wedge tip), and Yasutomo Sumi ink on regular old uncoated bond paper.

@ThisIsMyAtrium It's mostly a question of concentration and slowing yourself down. I definitely need to warm up a little when I haven't done it in a while, but beyond that... surprisingly easy. (As long as you don't trip over some random 4 or N. :^)
