Peanut Butter with EVERY meal, keeps you full longer and is a great source of protein, they have little packets, eat 2 or 3 at lunch and dinner, 4 or 5 at breakfast.

Dont get the mashed potatoes. When your trying to eat fast the last thing you want is super hot potatoes. Been there done that.

@dishglove actually, i recommend always choosing mashed potatoes. It's rare that by the time you sit down and eat they are so hot you can't eat it. Plus, they make an excellent "glue" if you want to scoop the potatoes with a vegetable like peas
