@MsStarlite10 you probably have to try again, always happens to me on my blackberry and all i do is keep trying, or turn of the wifi or phone and turn it back on

Got my first one October 2nd and started glitching so i used my Telus 30 day warranty to get a new one and now my 2nd one has fried itself and i have to drive 3 hours to the store again...... I treat this device like a baby and these are the results. Dissatisfied is an understatement for angry i am with this phone. What are the odds of me getting 2 dud phones. Never buying INQ again....
