The game is Matt Korba's USC M.F.A Interactive Media Thesis. Set in early silent film world the game allows the player to be mischievous, break the time space continuum, and steal a ton of pie.

this is the old verision. on xbox360 is a copy of it but with better graphics
you cann also get it on steam ;)
