Nike+ Training: Train Like Manny Pacquiao

Manny Pacquiao performs a crossover jump rope in the Nike LunarTR1+ shoe. The Nike LunarTR1+ shoe captures reps, NikeFuel and calories and transmits that information to a user's phone in real time. Each athlete features his or her own drill pack, which provides challenges and daily workouts guided by that particular athlete. Training is about to change.

youre better off with the store brand speed ropes which are 75% cheper than the Nike's. But i did hear the best speed ropes are the Buddy Lee's but they are up there in price. I may eventually get one of those.

EVERYONE and their grandmother's dog has an opinion when Manny Pacquiao is mentioned. It's amazing. It makes me wonder how much would actually get done with the same amount of time and energy that's wasted when fools start yapping. Do trolls train at all? Athletic trolls...that would be impressive!
