it's del taco's fault, they should have said they were sorry the order was wrong and to bring the food in immediately next time and to make sure he gets a receipt everytime also. it was del taco's choice to take a risk to please a customer

shouldn't have taken a plea deal, the prosecutor would have to prove that you didn't really order during lunch time. It's not illegal to lie about your name to a del taco employee ;) lesson, keep your mouth shut aka plead the 5th when questioned by law enforcement and don't get a public defender because they always make you take the plea deal.
