TOR can be very useful as a method of anonymity online, so in this tutorial we look at how to connect to TOR in a Python application.

man, thanks for your tutorials. I'm glad you are back, I have been playing with rails lately but I'm seriously considering start using python as it seems to be the "language of the future". How about django? Have you try it?

Hey dude! Thanks for watching, I'm glad you're enjoying the videos! It's nice to know people still remember me. Python is a good language, and Django is pretty cool too. I think Rails does a few more behind-the-scenes stuff for you, so you can be the judge on whether that's a good thing or not

If I was going to start building a large web application now, I'd probably choose Django over Rails or PHP. Python is just such a fun language to work with in general, I recommend it!

Thanks for your reply mate! You are right about rails, it does many things without you even noticing it, that's great if you want to create an application in a short time, but its quite frustrating if you want to deeply understand and play with the ruby language itself. I will start using django, that will be my 2013 goal.

Yeah, that's what I thought about rails too. It's a good framework, until you want to start looking at the features and quirks of the language itself.

Good luck with Django, I found it very fun to work with. I've been thinking about doing videos on it, maybe I'll start doing that when I finish up this TOR stuff and some web security stuff too.
