@Gimpy2k7 Silent spinners have a ball bearing mount which means they spin up to speed more easily. Their fairly high mass also means they have a high inertial component, which keeps the wheel spinning at that speed for longer, resisting the opposing force of the much less massive hamster.
In short, Roborovski's hamsters flipping over and over like this is fairly common, given their much faster running speed.
