Yeah, the judge said that, but he didn't say that Tupac commited the "act of brutal violence against a helpless woman". Which as I said before that Tupac actually had nothing to do with the rape and that she willingly had sex with him a few nights before on the dance floor(she admitted this in court).
The judge actually said that he doesn't think Tupac is guilty but will use him as a scape goat. Fact.
