Hey I was wondering how to take apart the top slide on a p345.... I couldn't figure out how to strip it down to it's pin? Any suggestion?

Good video. Fired about 68 rounds thru it today and it started "stove-piping!" I needed to disassemble it to clean it and this is the best video I've seen for disassembly / assembly. Thank you very much. I went ahead and subscribed! Darn nice weapon too. Exactly what I have.

Thanks this video has completely familiarized me with this handgun!

Nice Job ! You make it look simple which it should be.
Thank God it's not like the MKII-III series ! That's strange how the rod is attached to the lock barrel mechanism ? Ruger was always different in how their pistols were built though.

@HalfBakedGenius ye man if you want your first firearm to be a 45 u cant go wrong with this firearm its no compact but this is a must have in any collection it's like and i say like a light 1911 great choice...

Meant to also add that this was a good walkthrough, no wasted time, but hit all the points.

Just bought mine for ~$520. Pistol, 2 mags, inside waist band holster, 50 round box of fmjs, 20 round box of hps, cleaning supplies, and case.

Nice !! that take down/ slide stop reminds me of the 1911... I've considered getting one of these since they're pretty cheap... Ruger is a good brand and are still about $150 less than a compared Glock 21.. if I had the cash I wouldn't mind getting one of these to add to my collection.
