cool love the tricks was that mainly 5 beat weave? thats my fav trick i can do and im trying to learn flowers but i just cant get the hang of it how do you do it?

Its weird that every poi swinger chooses a beach or shore to practice at...mabye its that they feel that thats where all elements combine earth, water, wind, and FIRE!!!

The poi I use is link chain with a catherdral wick at the end.
So its not string, its chain. Thus why it never burns.

you are a large source of inspiration for me. when i first started spinning i discovered your videos and loved them and its a large part of what motivated me to practice as much as i did. i spun fire for my first time just last Sunday. thank you for doing what you do.
