@Arcon214 yes as long as you can make or find a config for it check on google. the best one is the xbox 360 controller as it is pre configured for valve games also it can work on an xbox 360

Enter a game mode as a host (this includes singleplayer)

Enter codes:

exec 360controller

ss_enable 1

ss_splitmode 1 or 2

ss_connect 1

slot2

cmd2 jointeam 2 or 3 (2 to join survivors and 3 to join infected)

Plug in controllers BEFORE starting up the game
