It's that time of the year when everyone sets their NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTION and some way or another end up at the gym trying to get in shape. I'm not a big resolutionist, but now is definitely the time to get your fitness in order! So while everyone rushes off to the gym and tries to stay motivated through the rest of the winter, I want to show you that you can get great workouts going at home and may even find them more effective (and fun!) than signing up for the new gym membership.
This is a full-body workout that will really crush your core! Grab a pair of furniture movers (or sliders, or towel on slick surface) and JUST DO IT!
I'm not going to lie, some of these movements are fairly advanced and will require some work to really get down and have proper form. In future tutorials, I'll post regressions of all these movements that will help build up to the ones shown here. Don't get discouraged and keep at it!
