Recently I've been unable to boot into Ubuntu Lucid, because of a "mountall: Plymouth disconnected" error. I was still able to boot into Windows. I tried fixing the problem by booting with a Linux install CD-ROM and commenting out some network drives in /etc/fstab. Eventually, my attempts resulted in fstab getting destroyed.

This video may not be of great help to you as most commands are not readable. I promise to either record the next with a higher resolution (most likely) or maximize each command / gedit window. The only reason I'm keeping this video is for the heck of it :D
