Wow, I hope you know that man is someone's son, father, & brother.. He is just doing is job which all you fools think is bad, but answer this: if you were as powerful and successful as him to be a President/CEO of a company as big as Litton, wouldn't you take pride in your job & care for it?
Yes a lot of people have had horrible experiences but what about the thousands Litton Loan Servicing helped? Everyone loves talking about the negatives.
No, I don't work at Litton, but I do know how the

Litton Loan is EVIL. PURE EVIL. They are bullies, scammers and liars! Stay away!

This is why our country is in the shape it is !!! Everything out his mouth is a BIG AZZ LIE !! But our Government don't even want to hear us !!!!!

I appreciate your thoughts about fighting but I have to wonder what I'm fighting for. By the time I'm done fighting there won't be any equity left in my home. It's all a huge conspiracy between the government and the banks...targeted at the people who feed them. One of which is me.
After they sent me into foreclosure...they dangled the modification carrot in front of my face. It took aprox. 5 months to receive an answer. It was no. "I had too much equity in the home" 5 more months of being in the hole with late fees attached to that. Coming out of my foreclosure cost me 18,000!!! most of which were fees! This is a crime beyond anything imaginable and the government does nothing!

You need to tell your story; produce any paper trail you have. If you live in a state governed by single party consent, record all your calls with the Litton fools. Get yourself an attorney up on foreclosure law... and, don't complain: fight! There's lots of people hip to what Litton is doing. Litton is on the regulatory radar screens and the foreclosure mills that the company uses are themselves getting trashed. Even Litton employees are now coming out of the woodwork with tales of woe

I have Litton Loan and they have eaten up all of the equity in my home. I went into foreclosure and they gave me a repayment plan. I made all the payments but they continued to attach late fees to my account and disbursed monies not to the principal but towards late fees. They also held money in separate accounts until they decided where to distribute. I have had my repayment plan for over a year and they have just canceled it because they said I was late. This is after charging the account.

Thanks for the comment. Litton is in in desperate straits trying to bring in enough revenue to keep their masters at Goldman Sachs happy. But there's trouble abrewing for Litton's senior management with more of their employees beginning to spill the proverbial beans.

There's no happy Christmas in Houston. If you're on Facebook, consider joining "Friends" of Litton Loan Servicing. We're a community of people in a similar situation, but we're organized -- with a plan. Larry "Blake" Jr, hopefully, will be pleading his case before a parole board in the not too distant future.

I am sure this not come as a surprise to anyone here, we have been trying to modify our loan with Litton since July of 2008. Naturally, as everyone says, they approved us, we were in the trial period then they changed their mind and now they are threatening to sell the house. I lost my job, switched positions, to get a more secure income versus commission based and my wife lost her job. She has since found a new job but no luck. Under SOX, why doesn't the SEC investigate?

grbaker... Litton is in a bit of a bad way; layoffs, incompetence; micromanaging from Goldman, and Geithner/Treasury breathing down their back. They are like the rats being backed into the proverbial corner. BTW: if you're on Facebook, request admission to "Friends" of Litton Loan Servicing. Lots of information you might find useful... Also, people who are sharing your problem.
