  • Has this camera got a built in light on it?

  • Yes it does. You can set the light to three different modes;

    1. Off.

    2. On.

    3. Auto.

Auto will make the light turn on when the camera detects it's too dark.

  • Thanks, and another question, can you plug headphones into it to here what your recoding?

  • You are welcome, and not on this model. the Hd10 doesn't allow it. but the HD30 and HD40 can. These two other models have a higher capacity hdd, can use headphones, and record in two different formats. The HD10 can use a microphone like the other two, but only records into one format.

  • The quality seems really bad when there isn't a lot of lighting.

  • Sorry, Techologist is my other channel

  • Hey there, Just wondering, it says on their website that this has an A/V input for external microphones I saw on the video, but is it true, have you or anyone tried it?

  • have the Kamera a microphone input ?

  • u seem like ur a little drunk ....

  • who can read

  • heh heh nerds... I'm just kidding. I wish I knew this much about technology. :'(

  • It's dark because I don't have bright lights in my room. The final after you shoot a video is 1080p on the camcorder. What I mean is I think it recorda a video then on the camcorder it upconverts it to 1080p. So either way it's still 1080p.

  • Either use the software provided or use this:

    My Computer>[everio's drive letter]>Stream

If stream isn't on the root of the drive it is in another folder. check the folders for it. Then just use a compatible software to edit the video.

Editing software is included. Bluray burning software isn't included. If you get a different editing software use one that is compatible with AVCHD. And make sure your computer has the minimal requirements.

    Hope this helped.

  • why is it so dark and does it shoot in 1080i or 1080p???

  • how do you import video to pc on your GZ-HD10 ? I get only picture. I can't open SDVIDO. Does it come with video editing and blu ray buring soft ware?
