@MixeTube The situation they were in was hopeless, they were stranded on a bridge with a large mobile enemy unit that was ripping them to shreds. At this point, they already lost a soldier or two, others were injured including a civilian. They were trying to repel them down the side of the bridge but they were closing too fast. The remote detonator was destroyed, their last chance. It would take too long to move you and you risk others to do so. Would you die to save several others, then?
