Hi, Would this be safe to do if I've got diastasis? Or would you recommend building my stomach muscles back up first? Thanks!

When did Rush Limbaugh get off the radio and get buff? lol Seriously, nice video! I failed miserably. Will keep trying!

Hello, my father just had a rupture (Hernia inguinalis). He had a surgery. His surgery professor told him, that a rupture is almost natural for men. Over 70% of men have ruptures once in their life-time. Due to so called "predetermined breaking point" in their lower stomach and their testicles. Is this true? What do you think of this statement?

Holy crap I thought I was going to collapse! And I'm in top shape! I managed to make it all the way through but became very shaky.. Thanx for the workout:)
Hi, does this give you tone your core as well? THank YOu!

@plasticface23 Yes, This core strength and conditioning exercise will work all the muscles that surround your waist like a girdle. As these muscles get toned and stronger, your waist will cinch-in like a muscular belt and make your waist appear slimmer. Good Luck!

hello, i shake alot =( how does one improve?
masterchad510 5 months ago
@masterchad510 You shake alot because your core is unstable right now and you're having a hard time controlling the muscles. Keep practicing the exercise and you will see in a short time (1 month) you will be much more stable and strong without shaking. Good Luck.

Hi, great video; however, I have a question. I can do the first minute of planking, but as soon as I attempt to lift my arm, I tip over at the side where my arm has just lifted. This is clearly a balance issue, and the weight imbalance on the other arm causes me to tip over to the side. If I keep practising, will my stronger core muscles eventually withstand this weight imbalance, or is it also related to a lack of arm strength?

@Azz1883 Try spreading your legs wider before lifting your arm. This will give you a better base of support and balance so that you can complete this part of the exercise. Then, as your core and arms get stronger, you will be able to hold the position with your legs closer together.
