This is just one of the biggest wastes of bandwidth on the net! it said NOTHING! AND that one where they say Florida @1:09 is no where close to the state! The geology says so! AND it darn sure isn't going to be underground! Yeah yeah we know but hey it''s the gooberment. Do you really think this is going to make them responsible to "We the People?"
